Office outing today, is considered as one of the ways to bring teams together in a fun informal setting. Besides team building, they also help employees develop a fair portion of skills like leadership, overcoming weak links, bonding with fellow colleagues, etc.

This month, we went on an adventurous trip to Ramanagar, Bangalore on 28th Nov, 2015. It was a day loaded with fun filled activities like Jumaring, Kayaking, Quad-biking, Go- karting and a lot of other adventurous games! Here’s a snapshot of the exciting day we had at Ramanagar!
